A flood warning has been issued for the following areas from 4 to 11 June 2024:

Authorities have been instructed to monitor weather-related disasters 24/7, particularly by closely tracking rainfall in each region and monitoring areas at high risk of heavy rain or snowfall that could cause flooding.

In nature tourism destinations, if heavy rains threaten to pose a danger, prefectural governors will issue warnings to responsible agencies and order them to restrict access to affected areas. In addition, personnel will be deployed in these high-risk areas around the clock.
