Hong Kong Airlines launches new Hong Kong-Phuket route from June 16, 2023
Hong Kong Airlines has announced that it will operate direct flights between Hong Kong and Phuket from June 16, 2023.

The flight is operated four flights a week, using Airbus A320 (174 economy seats).

The scheduled flight schedule is as follows.
Hong Kong ⇔ Phuket (From June 16, 2023)
HX741 HKG 20:20 HKT 23:05 Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun
HX742 HKT 00:05 HKG 04:50 Mon/Tue/Thu/Sat

Currently, there are three airlines operating direct flights between Hong Kong and Phuket: Cathay Pacific, HK Express and Thai AirAsia. With Hong Kong Airlines starting operations on this route, there will be a total of four airlines.

Dixon, an engineering inspection company, listed on the second section of Thailand
Dexon Technology, an engineering inspection services company, has been listed on the Second Section (MAI) of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on March 31, 2023.

The stock code is "DEXON". The IPO price was 4.5 baht and the closing price on the first day was 4.62 baht.

The 290 million baht procured through the initial public offering (IPO) will be used for expanding into the Netherlands and the United States and repaying loans.

Founded in 1996. It has more than 2000 customers in 40 countries and regions. Sales in 2022 of 610.47 million baht, net profit of 105.15 million baht.

Air Macau Launched New Macau-Bangkok (Don Mueang) Route
Air Macau has announced that it opened a new route connecting Macau and Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok from March 28, 2023.

Air Macau already operates Macau-Suvarnabhumi routes (twice a week). With the opening of the new route between Macau and Don Mueang Airport, flights to Bangkok will now have two routes to and from both Bangkok's two airports.

The aircraft used for the Don Muang route is Airbus A321. It started operating twice a week, and plans to increase the number of flights to daily operations from May 15,2023.

The flight schedule is as follows.

11,561 units purchased by foreigners in Thailand in 2022
According to the Real Estate Information Center (REIC) of the Government Housing Bank of Thailand (GHB), in 2022, 11,561 condominium units were purchased by foreigners in Thailand (41% increased year-on-year), with a total of 59.261 billion baht (49.2% increased year-on-year).

By country, the number of units purchased was highest among Chinese with 5,707 units, followed by Russians with 813 units, Americans with 542 units, British with 393 units, and French with 351 units.

The condominium purchased averaged 45.9 square meters in size and cost 5.1 million baht.

The location of the purchased condominium is 5260 units in Bangkok and 3567 units in Chonburi province in the eastern part of Pattaya City.

New car sales in Thailand down 4% in February 2023, 72,000 units
According to the Automobile Subcommittee of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), the number of automobiles produced in Thailand in February increased 6.4% year-on-year to 165,612 units, while the January-February period increased 6.7% year-on-year to 327,939 units.

New car sales in Thailand decreased by 3.9% year-on-year in February to 71,551 units, and January-February decreased by 4.7% year-on-year to 137,130 units.

The number of finished vehicles exported in February increased 11.4% year-on-year to 88,525 units, and in January and February increased 17.4% year-on-year to 175,311 units.
