Flights from Phuket to Bangkok available for Phuket Sandbox related flights
Currently, domestic flights to and from Bangkok are banned in Thailand due to the spread of the COVID-19 infection, but the Thai Civil Aviation Bureau (CAAT) states that flights related to Phuket Sandbox are not subject to this rule.

The Phuket Sandbox is a program that allow vaccinated foreign tourists without quarantine, which started on July 1.

So far, more than 18,000 people have used the program, but the above restrictions were issued on July 21, and flights from Phuket to Bangkok have all canceled. At the moment, the only way to move to Bangkok is to use LCC's Nok Air from Phuket to U-Tapao, or by land by private bus.

It is not sure yet whether there will be an airline that will actually resume flights to Bangkok according to this announcement, but CAAT says that it is possible to obtain a flight permit in the form of a charter flight from Phuket to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
