Flash flood, flood and landslide warnings for 9 provinces in Thailand
The National Water Command Center (NWCC) has advised people living in lowlands, mountain foothills and river areas in 22 districts in 9 provinces of Thailand to be notified of flash floods caused by heavy rains expected over the next three days from 14 June 2023 to prepare for flooding of waterways and debris flows.

The 22 districts where damage is expected are as follows.
Tak Province: Tasorn Yaan, Mae Ramat, Umphan
Chiang Mai Province: Om Khoi
Chanthaburi Province: Krung, Khao Kitchakut, Thamai, Muang, Makham, Kaenghanmaew, Pornnamrong
Prachin Buri Province: Prachanthakham, Nadi, Kabin Buri
Trat Province: Bo Lai, Koh Chang, Khao Samin
Rayong Province: Khao Chamao, Crane
Nakhon Nayok Province: Pak Phuri
Chonburi Province: Sriracha
Kanchanaburi Province: Tonpha Phum

According to the weather forecast of the Meteorological Department of Thailand for Wednesday, June 14th, thunderstorms will occur nationwide, especially in the western part of the country, with localized heavy rainfall possible in the northern, northeastern and eastern parts of the country.

Ride-sharing service Bolt passed the ride-hailing app review by the Department of Land Transport of Thailand
The Department of Land Transport of Thailand has announced that it has approved ride-sharing service Bolt's application for approval to hail taxis. Bolt is the seventh ridesharing service to be licensed by the Department of Land Transport of Thailand.

Bolt was founded in 2013 by young Estonian Markus Villig under the name Taxify and has enjoyed great success in Europe. Later, in 2018, the name was changed to Bolt. Serving over 100 cities in 30 European countries. It has a customer base of over 25 million and over 500,000 drivers.

Currently, the seven companies licensed by the Department of Land Transport of Thailand are as follows.

Drivers who can register for these services are required to obtain an official driver's license from the Department of Land Transport of Thailand. The Department of Land Transport of Thailand encourages people to use official rideshare services licensed by the Department of Land Transport of Thailand to ensure travel safety.

Bangkok's new monorail yellow line expands operation section and operating hours from June 12
Bangkok's new monorail Yellow Line, which started trial operation at only 13 stations between Hua Mak and Samrong on June 3, 2023, expand the operating section and operating hours from June 12 (Monday). They operate at 22 stations (22 stations excluding Huamark station out of all 23 stations).

In addition, the trial run is currently from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, but from June 3, the operating hours will be expanded from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. However, as it is still in a trial operation state, fares are still free of charge.

ONE OK ROCK's live in Bangkok to be held on December 12, 2023 (Tuesday)
The popular Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK's Bangkok live tour "ONE OK ROCK Luxury Disease Asia Tour 2023 in Bangkok" will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Impact Arena.

It will be the first time in five and a half years that ONE OK ROCK will perform in Thailand. They will perform in Bangkok as part of their Asian tour that includes Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
