Vietnam's Vietravel Airlines Launches New Hanoi-Bangkok Route
Vietnam's Vietravel Airlines has launched a new direct flight between Hanoi and Bangkok, Thailand from December 16, 2022.

Airbus A321 aircraft is used for daily operation with one flight a day.

The flight schedule is as follows.
Hanoi ⇔ Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi)
VU137 HAN 11:55 BKK 13:50 Every day
VU136 BKK 14:50 HAN 17:05 Every day

In October 2022 ranking of foreigners entering Thailand by country, Vietnam ranks 5th place overall with 71,228 people. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Chinese tourists made up the majority of foreign tourists visiting Thailand, but the number of Chinese tourists has decreased sharply because of their strict immigrant restriction. In this context, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched tourism promotions to various countries to make up for the declining number of Chinese tourists. As a result, the number of tourists visiting Thailand from neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Vietnam is steadily increasing. The opening of direct flights by VietTravel Airlines is expected to increase the number of tourists visiting Thailand from Vietnam.

Batik Air Indonesia Launches New Bali-Bangkok (Don Mueang) Route
Indonesia's Batik Air announced that it will launch a new direct flight between Bali and Bangkok, Thailand from January 20, 2023.

Boeing 737-800 (12 business seats, 156 economy seats) will be used for daily flights once a day.

The flight schedule is as follows.
Denpasar ⇔ Bangkok (Don Muang) (From January 20, 2023)

According to the country ranking of foreigners who entered Thailand in October 2022, Indonesia ranks 14th overall with 35,563 people. The opening of Batik Air's direct flights is expected to increase the number of tourists visiting Thailand from Indonesia.

From December 2022 to January 2023, flower festivals are being held all over Thailand
Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai host numerous flower festivals, and Nakhon Ratchasima hosts the ever-popular 'Jim His Thompson Farm Tour'.

In Thailand, the rainy season ends at the end of October, and the best season for sightseeing starts in November, when the weather is good.
