Japan has had longer immigration restrictions than many other countries, but from September 7, 2022, border measures will be relaxed, and Japanese passport holders who have completed three vaccinations could become to enter the country. The presentation of a negative PCR test certificate is exempted, and the immigration restrictions on Japanese people entering Japan have been almost lifted. As a result, overseas travel by Japanese people has also accelerated.

Currently, foreigners are required to use a tour when entering Japan, and there is a limit of 50,000 people per day. This immigration regulation will be abolished on October 11, 2022. As a result, Japan's immigration restrictions will be almost abolished, regardless of whether they are Japanese or foreigners. As a result, the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan is also expected to increase.

Under these circumstances, airlines are one after another resuming or launching new flights between Bangkok and Japan. It is believed that Peach also followed this trend by launching a new service between Osaka (Kansai) and Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi), Thailand.
